As Phil & Teds Most Excellent Buggy Company, we started in the earli 90’'s making the Explorer Buggy and selling only in New Zealand. From 1996 we began selling in Europe, then the USA and Australasia. Successful and innovative sure, but being family owned means we need to know and also get to care about the people using our products.

Phil and Teds Classic

The new handle is simple to adjust, with the click of a button you can raise or lower the height to suit. The handle profile curves for comfort and tones in nicely with the shape of the sunhood. The foam grip is longer covering the complete bar, which is now steel.The sunhood is re-shaped ( including internal support wire ), fits tightly, and curves both at the front and the rear of the hood.We've removed the PVC covering the mesh windows; a new peek-a-boo window allows the parent to easily check their child while out walking. Fold the peek-a-boo window back and you have a seelable PVC window for your shopping list! Handy!The bumper bar ends are now plastic. This makes the bumper easier to take on and off.Release rear wheels easily with one push on the large central button.The rear seat has the market demanded recline position. Brilliant! The zips undo from behind, so the child is not disturbed.
