At Cyril Webber we pride ourselves on the service we offer. All our staff are fully trained on the products that we have on display and regularly attend training courses for new and existing products.
We have specially trained in-car child seat advisors who will explain in-depth the range of car seats on offer. It is paramount that the car seat you choose is comfortable for the child, the child is the correct weight and height for the seat, and most importantly that it fits your car.

Customers are invited to experience our new Personal Shopping Service. You are invited to call (01271 343277) or E-Mail to arrange a consultation period with one of our sales advisors at a date and time to suit you (Friday evenings by arrangement).
During the consultation period we will discuss all the products that you will need and establish which suits your lifestyle. At this time we will offer you full demonstration of Prams, Pushchairs, Car Seats and all the equipment on offer.
From this point we are able to offer "The Baby List". We will compile a full list of products of your choice that members of your family or friends may purchase for you.
